- Coordinates Human Resource activities for hourly and salary employees; including recruiting and employment, compensation, benefits, workers compensation and employee relations.
- Develops staffing plan to meet strategic plan and current business needs; work with Plant Manager to ensure staffing needs are met to support plant operations, while maintaining profitability of the company
- Develop employee safety programs to involve associates in safety prevention; work with plant management to ensure associates are following safety policies; and assure OSHA compliance.
- Ensure workers compensation premiums are controlled, and effective claims management is occurring.
- Responsible for the effectiveness of all training programs including a quantitative measurement of the trainings success.
