- Job DescriptionReporting to our VP, Organizational Development, and working very closely with our Chief People Officer and Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”), the Senior Director of Recruiting will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of talent acquisition management strategies in support of organizational development initiatives within the company.
- Our new Senior Director of Recruiting will build and lead ID Logistics talent acquisition key activities including hands on recruiting of executive and leadership at all levels, identification of top tier candidates with expertise in passive and active candidate selection processes.
- PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONISBILITIES: Partner with Business and Facility Leaders, HRBPs, Vice President of Organizational Development and Director of Recruiting, to understand and identify talent gaps relative to current and future talent needs.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Organizational Development to understand talent gaps and identify candidates for current and future executive level opportunities.
- Must have Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expertise to embed and sustain inclusivity in all aspects of the search strategy.
