- This position includes the oversight of toll violation processing, Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) toll enforcement programs, and the preparation of evidential packages for civil litigations of toll violators.

- Coordinate with Customer Service Environment subject matter experts (vendors, DMV, collection agencies, legal counsel) to support the recovery of uncollected tolls and violation fees
- Develop and oversee the implementation of special customer service programs and services, including resident discount programs, enhanced web and smartphone technology for improved customer interface, as well as ACH/credit and third-party toll replenishment services to augment customer payment options
- Oversee monitoring and reporting functions critical to back-office operations and production
