- Senior Conflicts Attorney – Client Contracts
- The Senior Conflicts Attorney – Client Contracts will be responsible for the review, identification, and resolution of potential legal and ethical issues contained in Outside Counsel Guidelines, Master Service Agreements, and other client-drafted engagement terms (collectively, "Legal Contracts”) on a Firmwide basis.
- This person will also review, identify and resolve legal and ethical issues with respect to RFP requirements and responses and Client Due Diligence/Vendor Questionnaires directed to the Firm ( "Client Questionnaires”).
- This position will work closely with the Deputy General Counsel, Conflicts and New Business (DGC/CNB”), the Accounting Client Contracts Manager ( "CCM”), and other members of the Office of General Counsel.
- Identify, discuss with the DGC/CNB and if necessary, the General Counsel, and resolve issues with respect to problematic ethical and legal terms in Legal Contracts, RFPs and Client Questionnaires.
