- CoStar Group is currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the ongoing design and execution of the company’s global compensation programs.
- Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, the Senior Compensation Analyst will contribute to all aspects of planning, development, and implementation of new and revised compensation programs.
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- Strike a balance between IQ and EQ. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and exercise good judgment.
