Active certification to teach specialty group exercise classes in one or more of the following disciplines: Yoga, Indoor Cycle, HIIT, Zumba, Muay Tai, Brazilian Jiu Jitzu, Krav Maga or other martial arts-based fitness classes.

Instructors will lead Group Exercise classes as part of an occupational health and wellness program, with classes being held Monday through Friday at a variety of times and locations throughout the Northern Virginia region (inside and outside the beltway.

He/she will design, lead, and facilitate group exercise classes at Federal buildings within the Northern Virginia region. Work hours are flexible, classes are held in the early morning, during normal business hours, and at the end of the day so that participating Federal employees have a variety of choices.
