- The Senior Benefits Analyst participates the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, absence plans, qualified retirement, and non-qualified benefits programs, including defined benefit, defined contribution, 403(b) and 457(b) plans.
- Leveraging extensive experience and expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and analysis, the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the effectiveness, competitiveness, and compliance with regulatory processes for the company's benefits offerings.
- The Sr. Benefits Analyst must have a strong knowledge and understanding of regulations and compliance requirements across applicable federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA. The Senior Benefits Analyst interprets and revises plan documents, benefit summaries and plan policies periodically and/or based on ERISA plan changes.
- Develops and delivers employee communications related to benefits changes and updates, using various channels to effectively reach and engage our workforce.
