- As the Sr. Analyst, People Analytics on our People Operations team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support talent management strategies.
- Collect and clean HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze HR data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Remote, U.S. based applicants will be considered, however, preference will be given to applicants based near a Scout Motors location in Columbia, SC; Novi, MI; or Tysons VA. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
