- You will have a unique opportunity to work on firm-relevant, impact-driven HR Strategy and Transformation projects, gaining exposure to the senior-most levels of the company (including our CHRO and senior other HR and business leaders).
- Collaborative Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to drive synergies and alignment across the organization.
- Disaggregate complex HR related business problems, working with other members of the HR Operations and Transformation team to develop hypotheses-driven analyses and recommendations
- Collaborate with team members in the HR Operations & Transformation team and across the company, including (but not limited to) other HR functions, HR, and other business segment operations teams
- Experience in one of the following: analytical and conceptual problem solving, financial statement analysis, equity research, macroeconomic analysis, marketing research, operations research, or change management
