- Following successful passing of Life & Health License examination and completion of training program via Sales Enablement, successful candidates will work closely with GB Sales & Relationship Management and key partners across the Group Benefits Organization to execute sales strategies that increases quote activity, prospects for new business and markets The Hartford' Group Benefits products and services primarily through dormant or untapped distribution channels.
- Within the Group Benefits Small Business space, the Sales Associate will be accountable for the following responsibilities.
- Leverage PandC National Client Partnerships i.e. SIAA and execute sales strategies that result in increased quoting of The Hartford for Group Benefits.
- Call on Producer Prospects i.e. not currently licensed and appointed with The Hartford, not quoting The Hartford, and executive sales strategies to result in the Producer Prospect becoming a licensed and appointed Producer and quoting and placing business with The Hartford.
- Salesforce.com maintain and update Salesforce.com records, execute reporting projects as assigned by National Sales Director andor Regional Sales Manager.
