- The Regional Vice President of Human Resources, Las Vegas is responsible for leading Human Resources Operations and Labor Relations functions for the Las Vegas Region.
- Provides executive leadership to functional areas within Human Resources Operations including Talent Acquisition, Training & Leadership Development, Team Member Experience & Engagement, Internal Communications, and Employee & Labor Relations.
- Leads administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance, mediation, and arbitrations.
- Monitors measurement of Human Resources initiatives and ensures trends are identified and addressed including but not limited to time to fill openings, turnover, retention, Team Member feedback, performance management, ACrelated measurements, grievance/mediation/arbitration handling, collective bargaining preparation and other union related issues and wellness metrics.
- Coaches and develops Regional Supervisor/Manager-level leadership skills in performance management, fair treatment, and assists in diagnosing and designing solutions to improve service quality.
