- The Recertification Specialist maintains a recertification schedule and all recerts are completed within the time frame mandated by the respective subsidy or housing program.
- The Recertification Specialist is responsible for hand delivering tenants- initial recertification notices and the recertification document package including a recert questionnaire, income and asset verification forms for tenants to sign and return for processing.
- The Recertification Specialist is responsible for obtaining income and asset verifications from the tenant or third party sources.
- After entering recertification-s in the Property Manager software, the Recertification Specialist will prepare the documents for tenant and management signatures including TICS, lease addendums and House Rules.
- If necessary, the Recertification Specialist will travel to various Pine Street Inn housing site locations, to obtain the tenant signatures by appointment.
