- Insight Global's client is hiring for 3 Quality Assurance Coordinators to work Remote in either FL, GA, TX, or AZ. Individuals will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of interactions with students, graduates, and employer partners across all different channels of communication.
- This role will entail functional, support, and compliance responsibilities within the Career Services department at this organization.
- The Quality Assurance Coordinators will collaborate with team leaders, operational support, amongst other quality assurance resources to monitor different channels of communication, research activities in the CRM, and gather results that point to areas of improvement.
- This role will also include acting as a key member of support in coaching and team development for the management staff.
- These individuals will be responsible for listening to a large volume of calls, along with research in the CRM tool, and providing information & feedback regarding process improvement back to the manager of the specific team you are working with.
