- The Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for the design of HVAC, mechanical, heating, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new construction, renovations, additions, and system upgrades/retrofits, construction administration and project management responsibilities for clients in state, local, and federal government and private industry.
- Perform field inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire alarm and sprinkler systems; may include low-voltage electrical systems (CCTV, Security Access).
- 5 years of mechanical/MEP engineering design, construction administration services, and project management experience including conceptualize solutions, development of HVAC models, load calculations, site surveys, program reports, design review, air handling units, rooftop units, hot water heaters, boiler rooms, digital control systems, heating systems, equipment submittals; project schedules, cost estimates; renewable energy systems; and sustainable design.
