- This position will require the individual to learn the intricacies of DoD contracting and organizational management.
- The project analyst will work closely with the facility manager and other members of the management team on business operations including general office management, personnel management, process management, procurement, and program execution.
- As a member of the management team, the project analyst will support various tasks, unique and recurring in nature, and critical to the success of the organization.
- This project analyst will be expected to progressively accept greater and more complex responsibilities, and to eventually occupy a critical role on the management team with the capability of improving existing processes and establishing new ones.
- A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks that are outside of comfort zones is an imperative.
