- Management functions must support the overall goal of school readiness for children enrolled in Head Start Academies, as outlined in the Head Start Act and HHS Roadmap to Excellence.
- Maintain compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and applicable child care standards.
- v Implement, monitor and evaluate curricula with assistance from Education Service Area Manager and Education Specialist.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as needed to remain current in early childhood development and educational best practices.
- This includes daily attendance reports, USDA meal counts, monthly reports and weekly activity reports and other reports as required by the Administrator, content area managers, including compilation of health, nutrition, education, family/community and disability services data.
