- We are currently seeking an innovative, inventive and self-driven Postdoctoral Associate within the lab of Dr. Michelle Wang at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. - To foster a diverse, collaborative research setting, we consider candidates from a broad range of backgrounds including single molecule biophysics, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, nanofabrication, and instrumentation.
- Postdoctoral Associates will undertake creative and rigorous research including in vitro and in vivo approaches to investigate DNbased biological processes that allow novel, high resolution insights into the molecular mechanics of the cell.
- PhD. in physics, applied physics, engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or a related field.
- The position requires mobility, including the ability to move materials weighing up to several pounds (such as a laptop computer or tablet).
