- The HR Manager provides leadership, directs and manages the Human Resources team and supports all departments to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Provides guidance and counsel to leadership and functional management teams on a variety of issues including associate development, associate relations, conflict resolution, interpersonal communications, effective group interaction, team building, etc.
- Responsible for the negotiation and implementation of the collective bargaining agreement including the administration of the grievance procedure.
- Company liaison for legal issues relating to employment matters such as EEOC claims, ULP claims, Civil Rights claims, etc.
- Reports directly to the Area Human Resources Manager with dotted line responsibility to the Plant Manager.
