- Description:CSR's will be working out of contact center and responsible for fielding inbound calls from customers who own their product (discount prescriptions cards).
- CSR's will be responsible for providing website navigation support, updating customers' accounts, and providing insight to more affordable medication options specific to each customers' individual card.
