- They will define, and implement strategic initiatives and tactics with all relevant stakeholders that drive high quality patient enrollment, retention and engagement which are site and patient centric to achieve organizational goals and targets while improving the overall patient experience.
- Create and drive strategies to enroll, engage and retain high quality participants for Phase I-IV clinical trials while adhering to the ICH/GCP guidelines
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines and clinical trial processes to be effectively collaborative in driving programs and initiatives
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and understanding of study specific protocols to determine participant eligibility and create patient grading for the potential participants
