- Job Description The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including: Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies and other dolci.
- Reports directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef de Cuisine; manages a pastry team of about 10 employees.
