- Provides expert advice to support overall organizational effectiveness, organizational change, strategic business plan execution, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Creates networks, formal and informal, to support data collection and implementation of strategic initiatives, policies and programs.
- Develops strategic, operational, and tactical solutions that balance organizational goals with staff retention through a focus on human capital and organizational psychology.
- Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years of Organizational Development experience, three (3) years leading an Organizational Development Team. Other:Preferred Job QualificationsPreferred Licensure or other certifications:Preferred Educational Requirements: Masters in I/O Psychology.
- In conjunction with other departments, guides boards and other decision-making bodies on the formation and implementation of organizational change plans, activities and restructuring efforts to ensure allocation of resources, personnel and methods are best employed to increase cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
