- This role will oversee and direct the provision of a professional and comprehensive human resources service to Atlas OFS. This is inclusive of all employee relations issues, recruitment, training, onboarding, and organization development.
- The goals will be to ensure that the HR Department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole, ensure that Atlas OFS can attract, develop, motivate, and retain staff of the high caliber, and ensure the HR function is seen as a proactive, strategic, and efficient unit.
- Participate in developing/ implementation of the HR Strategy and action plan for OFS ensuring that the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of staff are developed in line with OFS business objectives.
- Further develop and implement the OFS training and development plan ‘Striving for Excellence’ to underpin the necessary culture change program.
- Maintain awareness of changes in employment law, government policy and emergence of best practice and in cooperation with the HR Department, provide strategic advice to colleagues on effective use of human resources and all organizational development issues.
