- WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager for the North American Energy Practice at BCG, you will act as a thought partner, supporting the regional Energy Practice Area leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business while also providing ad hoc support for priority initiatives across the practice.
- You will manage the creation of and facilitate the implementation of the people plan, supporting regional Practice Area leaders on recruiting, staffing and pipeline topics.
- In addition, you will manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases), reaching out to relevant Client Officers/Managing Directors.
- You will provide inputs to the Practice's Marketing Partner and Marketing Manager to plan publications, newsletters, internal and external events for the North American Energy business; develop a seat at the table strategy for the PA and plan activities; own the PA's content on BCG.com and Perspectives and be the liaison to industry platforms and associations that the sector partners with.
- Work with leadership to set agenda for and develop communication for Energy affiliates in the region Drive planning for regional meetings including Energy sessions at functional conferences in NAMR Project manage affiliation events in the region with PACs (more focus on agenda items) Regularly take the pulse on people issues Leading regional marketing activities in including internal communications (e.g., regional newsletter, other regional Practice Area leader communications, etc.
