- Responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies (including tactical implementation) for Everence Federal Credit Union (EFCU) and Everence Community Investments, to Everence-identified target audiences.
- This position will utilize multi-channel, multi-touch marketing approaches to help Everence clients and prospects integrate their faith and values with their financial decisions, reinforce the Everence brand, and advance the company’s corporate objectives.
- Provide marketing expertise to assigned product/service areas (in coordination with the appropriate field and/or product management), including developing, administering, and monitoring competitive analyses, strategic marketing plans, marketing campaigns, and key performance metrics.
- Integrate the Everence brand in all marketing strategies and tactics, deliver meaningful customer experience (through the utilization of market research, digital analytics, market data, customer personas, etc.)
- Develop, monitor, evaluate, and update appropriate web and digital content that aligns with Everence’s digital and content marketing strategies.
