- We’re invested in inbound marketing methodology, social selling, and programmatic advertising - our Marketing Director will be responsible for vendor management for these applications and needs a working knowledge of those tools and their role in our processes.
- Our Marketing Director is involved in many facets of the organization, including a close partnership with Human Resources/Internal Communications to support Flagship’s employee engagement and internal communication efforts.
- Beyond guiding the creation and execution of annual marketing, social and event calendars for each segment/region, the Marketing Director will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales on growth strategy, value proposition development and lead generation.
- Regularly interface with the VP of Sales to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing web development, content and collateral development, promotional, SEO/SEM, automated marketing initiatives, and email, social media and programmatic campaigns
