- Collaborates with Manager – Regional HR Specialists and HR Specialists on consultation, best practice and statistics for success in support employee relations, development, talent acquisition and HR service delivery quality.
- Leads talent development and succession planning efforts for the District HR team as well as support the DMD in the same areas for the District Operations Team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline required.
