- The Lead Clinician will return the assessments to each assigned Case Manager within regulated time of admission to the UAC Program.
- Responsible for determining child’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-IV- TR, if applicable.
- The Lead Clinician will ensure that each child participate in at least two group counseling sessions per week or one group session and one on-site community meeting.
- Participate in monthly supervision and monthly staff meetings and peer audits with Program Director and staff.
- or a Master’s degree or Ph. D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience/or bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.
