- The Strategic Recruiting Business Partner will function as a critical member of Kelley Kronenberg’s wider Talent Acquisition team.
- The business partner will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify priority hiring needs as well as develop a clear understanding of the requirements and expectations Kelley Kronenberg holds.
- In this highly visible role, the business partner will be responsible for adding lateral partners to the firm who will continue to add value to the firm.
- The business partner will be actively engaged in building their network of candidates through the attending of local events, as well as traveling to cities where the firm has other offices.
- This role would suit an agency recruiter looking for a more strategic position, or an in-house recruiter who is driven by growth and commercial impact.
