- Provides Strategic Advice: Offers strategic advice and recommendations to HR manager and leaders on labor relations issues, including labor disputes, union organizing efforts, and contract negotiations.
- Assists in Conflict Resolution: Supports efforts to resolve labor disputes and grievances through mediation, arbitration, or other conflict resolution methods.
- Assists with Training Programs: Collaborates with and assists the Learning and Development Specialist in the development and delivery of training programs for managers and supervisors on labor relations principles, conflict resolution techniques, and effective employee relations practices.
- Data Management: Maintains accurate records and databases related to labor relations activities, including grievances, negotiations, and proceedings.
