- Review weekly certified payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal prevailing wage requirements.
- Weekly submission of certified payroll reports through DIR, LCPtracker, eMars, PRISM, owner portals, or others as required.
- Establish initial contact with subcontractors on a job via standard labor compliance welcome packet outlining the prevailing wage requirements of the job.
- Assist with monitoring contractor, subcontractor and sub-tier activity during the course of construction to ensure contractor compliance with State Labor Law requirements and Federal Labor Standards Provisions including prevailing wage requirements and Davis-Bacon and related Acts (DBRA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with prevailing wage requirements and certified payroll report submissions in the construction industry.
