- Primarily responsible for assisting the HR Manager as needed in most functional areas of HR.
- Tracks status of all candidates in ATS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process (post jobs, collect and vet resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, manage offers of employment, send welcome emails, coordinate new hire orientation).
- Provides administrative support to the HR department in record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry for all employees as needed.
- Assists with planning and execution of employee engagement and special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement celebrations.
- Develop and maintain training programs for employees at all levels, by partnering with production manager and supervisors to deliver necessary related training.
