- Employee Relations Act as a primary point of contact and provide HR expertise on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts, grievances, and performance concerns.
- Training and Development Partner with leaders and Learning & Development Manager to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
- HR Administration Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance, including employee records, payroll changes, and benefits administration.
