- The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible to provide support in ensuring that all personnel functions within Fairmont Federal Credit Union are uniformly applied, operate within the policies and guidelines established, and comply with regulations.
- Assists with maintaining and distributing plan documents and employee communications relating to benefits.
- Maintains and updates performance management/appraisal system with employee information.
- Assists with creating activities and programs designed to enhance employee engagement, such as wellness programs and community involvement activities.
- Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
