- The Human Resources Manager will be accountable for all aspects of HR administration with a strong focus on compliance, compensation and benefits, total culture enhancement, safety, performance management, and employee relations.
- Must possess considerable knowledge of management-labor relations, the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management.
- Manage day-to-day administration and execution of Human Resource programs including but not limited to onboarding, offboardings, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; employee recognition and engagement; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handle employee relations, investigations, disputes, and conflict resolution, performance management matters.
