- Reporting to the Co-Deputy Director, the Human Resources Manager will support the organization in all areas including general HR administration, employee relations, leaves of absence, training and development, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Completing EDD forms (e.g., unemployment and disability), annual EEOC reporting, quarterly City of Berkeley Employee Lobbyist certifications, and other required reporting.
