- Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, with a dotted-line to the President of the business, the Human Resources Manager will provide a broad range of HR Generalist support to the West Coast facilities of this national company.
- This role is responsible for recruiting, talent management, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, engagement, and safety with an emphasis on state and local compliance.
- Responsibilities Employee Relations : Provide California site-level HR support in all generalist matters.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts as well as bring them to resolution.
- Compensation: In partnership with the Senior HR Director, help create and maintain a national compensation strategy for all employees based on market research & pay surveys.
