- In this role you will be responsible for many traditional HR functional areas such as talent acquisition and employee relations, as well as more proactive activities that involve partnering with different areas of the business to address employee engagement, talent and organizational development, managing change, and policy development and implementation.
- Coach and counsel managers and employees on a wide variety of work-related activities, policies, and procedures such as employee relations, talent planning and management, career development, process improvement, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and recruiting.
