- Providing comprehensive onboarding to office/management staff including new hire orientation and document processing
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate trade-related schools, community organizations, and utilize co-op and *internship programs and attend career/job fairs
- Provide employee communications on policy, organization updates/changes
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
