- The HR Director will lead and oversee the Company's day-to-day HR functions and is responsible for engaging with employees and leaders at critical moments in the employee life cycle to ensure an equitable, inclusive, and respectful experience for all employees consistent with Company policies, values, and culture.
- The HR Director actively participates in developing, executing, coordinating and/or communicating human resource initiatives in employee relations to address employee grievances, conflicts, separation, investigations, performance management, HR compliance, risk management, leave administration, policy and procedure interpretation and other HR functions as requested.
- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of professional and production employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, technical and leadership training, and communication to a diverse client group.
- Ensure good employee relations, clear policies and procedures are identified and followed per the CBA (collective bargaining agreement); conduct efficient investigations, administer the grievance procedure timely, work with internal and external counsel on contract negotiation and interpretation.
- Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Human Resources Administration, Labor Relations, Organizational Development or similar field or equivalent in education and experience.
