- The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for specific daily functions of the HR Department, including employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and supporting the onboarding function.
- The Human Resources Specialist's main job responsibility will be focused on supporting the SR HR Manager and CPO perform HR related tasks in support of the company.
- Assist with Open Enrollment plan selection and works with Sr. HR Manager to execute the Open Enrollment process
- Monitors Paylocity for benefit eligibility, EOI’s and communicates with employees accordingly
- Assists Sr. HR Manager with wellness programs and initiatives
