- Responsibilities of the Human Resource Business Partner/Generalist: Partner with management to identify and address the critical needs of the business and achieve goals that support a long-range business strategy.
- Provide core HR services such as payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations matters.
- Manage projects and programs as the need arises (examples include implementation of new policies, procedures and tools, organizational restructuring, engagement initiatives, etc
- Facilitate effective talent management practices including performance management, talent reviews, L&D, and succession planning.
