- As an individual contributor you collaborate with L&D, Talent Acquisition, HR Resource Center, and HRBP's as a liaison to the People Analytics team.
- More broadly – building their ability to access, interpret, and take action on insights through People Analytics solutions.
- What you can expect to be doing: Assist with gathering and developing formal business requirements regarding People Analytics across all NA Human Resources COEs, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, new hires, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Help to develop standard processes and checks to streamline HR data and reporting work requests and ensure adherence to those requests.
