- The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst (HRIS Analyst) plays a critical role in supporting our Human Resources systems initiatives, focusing on, but not limited to, UKG Workforce Ready and NeoGov platforms.
- The position manages HR data, including but not limited to, employee records, time off and accruals, benefits, application tracking, training programs, timekeeping, and payroll.
- The role functions as the subject matter expert for HR systems and is the liaison between staff and vendors to resolve problems and is the main point of contact for questions regarding the HRIS platforms.
- Collaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
- Creates, maintains, and supports a variety of reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders.
