- The HR Specialist performs human resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees, employee relations, community relations, internal and external advertising and communication, employment concerns, investigations and corrective actions.
- Proven experience working as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
- Coordinate or assist with all aspects of the recruiting and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Responsible for all internal and external advertising and social media communications.
- Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries
