- Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Specialist provides administrative and technical support to the organization in several phases of human resources functions including employment/recruitment, orientation, training, employee relations, and special projects.
- Work closely with the recruiting assistant to create, document, and account for recruitment cycle activity including requisition creation and internal and external job postings on print and social media platforms.
- Works with the HR Director and Health and Safety Officer to administer in-house breathalyzer tests and random UA tests as needed.
- Associate’s degree in HR Management or a related discipline and two (2) years of HR management experience involving recruitment, employee relations, and/or other HR management activity; OR
- Four (4) years of HR management experience involving recruitment, employee relations, and/or other HR management activity.
