- This position engages in employee relations issues, partners with Talent Acquisition (TA) on staffing and selection, oversees community outreach, supports employee development activities, and manages programs, policies and procedures in support of the company's culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions i.e., Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable
- Coordinate and engage in community outreach, employee engagement, etc.
- Experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Labor/Union Relations, EEO/AAP and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficient with HR Information Systems, Timekeeping Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, i.e., UltiPro, iCIMS, Kronos, etc.
