- Responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR Manager on employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.
- In addition, this position will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System for the division.
- Responsible for facility engagement along with HR Manager (Coordinate employee events, activities volunteer program, engagement team leader, etc.)
- Schedules, launches, and tracks completion of training in the Learning Management System (LMS).
