- The HR Generalist is responsible for the full scope of accurate and timely, beginning-to-end, weekly payroll processing for the company.
- Manage processes for onboarding new hires into ADP Workforce, enters personnel changes, completes background checks and employment verifications, maintains employee files and supports HR with maintaining policies, benefits and other administrative duties as needed.
- Provides payroll processing including inputting data into timekeeping system, payroll system and maintaining employee timesheets.
- Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), worker compensation and so forth.
- An BS Degree in Business Administration or related field or a AA Degree in Business
