- The Human Resources Coordinator assists the Director of Human Resources with implementing Human Resources and Company policies and procedures.
- The Human Resources Coordinator originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for implementing services, policies, and programs, through the Human Resources staff, maintaining all Employee files including ADP and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
- Organizational and space planning; assists with onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting the Executive Director of Human Resources with the implementation of policies
